"My husband and I have been with this State Farm office for over six years, and they have been the best we've ever experienced. Kelsey has been assisting us for several years now. She is thorough and genuinely cares about her clients. I know I'm not just a name or a number to her; she takes pride in helping me and constantly evaluates my situation to ensure I have the most beneficial policies. Kelly is also a tremendous asset to this agency. She assisted us with additional policies, ensuring our family is well-protected. I've never encountered a single issue with this agency. From reception to underwriting, everyone is incredibly polite and professional, and most importantly, they get things done! We travel a lot for work and have had multiple homes insured simultaneously, along with several vehicles and additional policy bundles. While this complexity overwhelms other agencies, Rouse handles it seamlessly. I’ve dealt with agents elsewhere who didn't know what they were doing or made me feel like just a number. But not this agency. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our policies. At Rouse, you truly get what you pay for. The team always ensures we get the best value and deals.
